2007 Convention Program

matriARCHitect was a very successful Convention program exploring individual female career paths. The goal was to identify the life-career balances and conflicting priorities that face not only women but also all architecture professionals. The audience had an overwhelming response during the discussion period and requested a format to continue the dialogue. The YAF is now continuing exploration on their blog at http://blog.aia.org/yaf.
