Proof of Compliance
The Board or its Designee may randomly audit licensees to insure compliance. An architect who is audited will be notified in writing and will be required to provide written documentation of the continuing education for the two (2) year period at issue.

Non-Compliance Penalties
The Board may decline to renew a registration if the architect's professional development activities do not meet the standards set forth in the Board's regulations. 

The Board or its Designee may randomly audit licensees to insure compliance. An architect who is audited will be notified in writing and will be required to provide written documentation of the continuing education for the two (2) year period at issue. The Board may require the architect who cannot produce such documentation to develop and complete a specific corrective action plan within 90 days, prior to approval of renewal.
